Daily credits expire each day and are used first. Monthly credits expire two months after issue; top-ups expire after 12 months. Initial website setup is included. AI Credits running out does not stop hosting.

Getting started

What is the difference between Start and PRO?

Start begins at $10 per month and includes a ready WordPress website, AI management, and the Android app builder. PRO begins at $25 per month and adds a higher daily credit allowance, app hosting, source code downloads, and direct cPanel access. You can choose a higher monthly credit allowance on either plan.

Do I need to know how to code?

No coding experience is needed to get started. Choose a ready-made website design and describe the changes you want to the AI. The initial setup of your first website from a template is included and uses no AI Credits. Later AI requests use credits.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Both plans let you connect your own domain or use a free subdomain. An eligible yearly plan also includes a domain offer for the first year; its registration conditions and renewal price are shown before you order.

Is business email included?

Yes, on your own domain. Included mailboxes: 1 with Start and 3 with PRO, each with 1 GB of storage.

AI Credits

How do monthly and daily credits work?

Start begins with 100 monthly AI Credits plus 4 daily credits. PRO begins with 300 monthly AI Credits plus 10 daily credits. Your monthly allowance is issued every month, including on a yearly subscription. The daily allowance renews each day and does not accumulate.

What uses credits, and what happens if they run out?

AI requests use credits, including requests to create or edit your website or build an app. Usage depends on the work involved, so there is no fixed number of requests per credit. If your balance runs out, you need more credits to continue AI work. Running out of AI Credits does not stop paid hosting.

Do unused credits expire, and which balance is used first?

Daily credits expire each day. Monthly credits stay valid for two months from the date they are issued, so unused credits can carry into the following month. Purchased top-up credits are valid for 12 months. Credits are used in this order: daily, monthly, then purchased top-ups.

Can I buy extra credits without changing my plan?

Yes. A one-time top-up adds credits without changing your monthly allowance. You need an active subscription to use purchased credits. If your subscription ends, unused purchased credits stay on your account until their original expiry date. You can use them again if you resubscribe before they expire.

Apps and hosting

Can I build an Android app on either plan?

Yes. Start and PRO both include the Android app builder, with APK files for installation and testing and AAB files for store submission. Building an app does not publish it automatically to Google Play. Store submission is a separate step and must meet the store requirements.

What is included in SeifWeb app hosting?

Each hosted app gets its own backend and database. PRO includes 1 app hosting places. You can add hosting to Start, or extra hosting places to PRO, from $5 per app per month. Hosting renews on its selected billing cycle and is charged separately from AI Credit usage.

Does every Android app need SeifWeb hosting?

No. An app that keeps its data on the device can work without backend hosting. For an app that needs online data, you can use SeifWeb hosting or connect a supported external database provider. Using that provider does not incur a SeifWeb app hosting fee, but the provider may charge its own fees.

Can I download my source code and database?

Both plans include database access and downloads. PRO also includes source code downloads for your website and Android app, plus direct cPanel access. On Start, hosting is managed through AI without a direct cPanel login.

Billing and plan changes

How does yearly billing work?

A yearly subscription gives you 12 months for the price of 10 monthly payments for your selected plan and monthly credit allowance, paid upfront. Your AI Credits still arrive each month, with the same expiry rules; the full yearly allowance is not issued at once.

Is the domain free every year?

The yearly plan offer covers one eligible domain for the first year only, within the registration allowance shown in the offer. Any amount above that allowance is extra, and premium domains or other domains that require a separate quote are not automatically covered. Renewal is paid at the normal domain renewal price.

Can I increase my monthly credit allowance?

Yes. An increase is prorated for the time remaining in your billing period. You can review the change and its invoice before paying, and your renewal date stays the same.

Can I reduce my monthly credits or change my billing cycle?

Yes. A reduction in monthly credits or a change between monthly and yearly billing takes effect at your next renewal. The change is scheduled for that date, so your current billing period continues until then.
