Terms of Service

1. Your agreement with SeifWeb

SeifWeb is operated by ALBARON ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trade licence 1026526, commercial register 1669477. Our registered office is Office 102, Al Bateen, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: [email protected].

By creating an account, ordering a service or using the platform, you agree to these terms. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and authority to act for any business or person whose account, systems or information you use.

2. Accounts and access

Provide accurate account and billing information, keep your sign-in methods secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for the people you authorize to use your account and the permissions you grant to integrations.

Using Google or another supported provider for sign-in is subject to that provider’s authentication process. Linking an external service for AI tasks is separate from using it to sign in. Do not connect an account or server unless you are authorized to control it.

3. Services and plan limits

SeifWeb provides tools for AI-assisted website and Android app creation, editing and management, together with the hosting, domains, email and integrations offered by your selected service.

The order and plan description determine your features, resource allowances, export permissions, billing period and price. Access to hosting control panels, source-code downloads, mailboxes and other features can differ by plan. An AI response is not a guarantee that an unavailable feature is included.

Third-party services, app stores, domains and software licences may have their own charges and requirements. Ask us before ordering if you need a capability that is not clearly included.

4. Free trials

The trial duration, credit allowance and limits are displayed when you start. A trial provides one trial website per eligible account and its stated one-time credits. Trial credits do not automatically renew each day. We may limit trial creation to prevent abuse or manage capacity.

When trial credits run out, AI work can pause while the website remains available until the trial ends. An expired trial may be suspended and later removed after the cleanup date shown in your account. Upgrade before that deadline if you want to retain the site and continue using it.

A trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. An eligible upgrade keeps the existing trial site and its work, subject to the availability and status shown in your account.

5. AI work and connected systems

Your instructions and enabled connection permissions allow the platform to perform relevant tasks on your projects or connected systems. Depending on the action and approval mode, this can include editing files, executing commands, changing databases, installing software or deploying content.

AI output can contain mistakes or fail to complete a task. Review the result before relying on it, especially for production systems or sensitive decisions. Keep backups suitable for your project. A rollback feature may not reverse changes to an external database, server or third-party service.

Do not provide access to systems you do not own or control with permission. Third-party costs or consequences caused by actions you request remain governed by the relevant service agreement. Contact support if an operation fails or the result is unclear.

6. AI Credits

Credits measure consumption of AI features. Consumption depends on the model and work performed; a task may involve several requests, tools or retries. An estimate is not a fixed quote. Usage already processed can consume credits even if you decide not to use the result.

Daily, subscription, trial and purchased credits may have different expiry and eligibility rules. The current allowance, expiry and usage information is shown in the platform and the relevant offer. Credits are service units, not money or an investment.

Purchased credit packs are non-refundable under the offer currently displayed, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you believe usage was charged incorrectly, contact support with the relevant request details.

7. Billing, cancellation and refunds

The amount, currency, billing cycle and any displayed tax or gateway fee are shown when you order or pay. Recurring services are billed for their stated periods. Automatic collection depends on the payment method and authorization you enable. Unpaid services may be suspended or terminated.

You can request cancellation from service management. End-of-period cancellation stops future renewal invoicing for that service while allowing it to run until the paid period ends. An immediate cancellation request is reviewed by the team and can result in service removal. Back up any content you need before removal.

Monthly subscriptions: you may cancel and request a refund of the current billing period only, provided no AI Credits from that period have been used. Once any of those credits have been used, that period is not eligible for a refund under this policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise. You can still stop future renewals.

Request a refund through [email protected] with the invoice reference so we can check the payment and related credit usage. A cancellation request does not automatically process a refund. This monthly subscription rule does not change the separate terms for purchased credit packs or domain registrations.

Annual subscription refund requests are reviewed case by case, without any advance guarantee of a refund. Contact support to submit your request. Any terms expressly agreed for your order and your mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.

Where an annual plan includes a domain, the offer covers one eligible registration for the first year unless the order states otherwise; renewal is charged at the applicable renewal price. If an annual subscription is refunded in its first year, the actual non-refundable domain-registration cost is retained, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Your content and generated work

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize us and the service providers involved to store, process, modify, transmit and publish that content as needed to provide the features and tasks you request.

You may use generated work within your plan and applicable licences. AI results may not be unique, and we cannot guarantee that every output is eligible for copyright protection or free of third-party rights. Check relevant rights before publishing or distributing it.

SeifWeb’s platform and branding remain protected. Templates, plugins, fonts, libraries and other third-party materials keep their own licences. Your plan’s export permissions do not remove those licence conditions. You are responsible for the rights to content you upload and the data your published projects collect.

9. Acceptable use

Use the services lawfully and within the permissions and resource limits of your account. Do not use SeifWeb to:

• Steal credentials, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, conduct fraud, phishing or unlawful spam, or interfere with other people’s systems.
• Publish or process unlawful content, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or misuse another person’s personal information.
• Bypass billing, security, approval or usage controls, or create repeated accounts to abuse trials or promotional credits.
• Overload the platform or expose connected systems to uses that you are not authorized to permit.

10. Availability and suspension

The service depends on infrastructure and third-party providers. Maintenance, outages, capacity limits or provider changes can interrupt features. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free AI results or a particular commercial outcome unless a separate written agreement expressly provides it.

We may restrict or suspend affected access when needed to address non-payment, unlawful use, abuse or a security threat. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect. Ending a service can affect access to its files, hosting, credits and integrations; retain the exports your plan permits.

Any limitation in these terms is subject to applicable law. Nothing here removes consumer rights or excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how account information, AI conversations and connected-service data are handled. Third-party services you select or connect also have their own terms. You are responsible for the notices and permissions required for the users of your own websites and apps.

12. Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and its update date appear here. We will provide additional notice or obtain agreement where applicable law requires it. Changes do not remove mandatory rights that already apply to a purchase.
