1. Who operates SeifWeb

SeifWeb is a product of ALBARON ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Trade licence: 1026526. Commercial register: 1669477. Registered office: Office 102, Al Bateen, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

For questions about personal information or to make a privacy request, email [email protected]. This policy covers the SeifWeb platform and our handling of information to provide its services.

2. Information we receive

The information involved depends on the features you use. It can include:

  • Account and contact details: name, email address, sign-in provider identifiers, account preferences and authentication records. Billing, phone and address details may be requested when you order or register a domain.
  • Your work and communications: prompts, chat history, support requests, uploaded files and images, voice recordings submitted for transcription, generated content, project code, configuration and execution results.
  • Service and billing records: subscriptions, hosting and domain details, invoices, payment status, transaction references, saved payment-method references and AI credit usage.
  • Connection information: server addresses, usernames, permissions and authentication details for integrations or servers you choose to connect.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser information, session identifiers, page or source URL, timestamps, language preferences, error logs and security or usage events. Visitor chat also retains conversation and visitor identifiers.

3. Sign in with Google

When you choose Google sign-in, we request the openid, profile and email permissions. We use your Google account identifier, name, email address and email-verification information to create or link your SeifWeb account and authenticate you. We retain the account link and the relevant account details.

Google handles its own sign-in screen. SeifWeb does not receive your Google password. The sign-in flow does not save your Google access or refresh token for later use, and does not itself authorize access to Gmail, Drive or Calendar.

Optional Google service connections are a separate feature. Their permissions and processing are described below. You can review or revoke access in your Google account. Revoking access does not by itself delete the SeifWeb account or records already created; contact us if you also want those reviewed or deleted.

Our use of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.

4. AI conversations and project work

To answer you or carry out a task, we send the selected AI provider your instructions and the context needed for that request. This may include earlier messages, project files, images, database or integration results, and command output. Voice features may send a recording to a transcription provider. A request may use more than one model or a fallback provider.

We keep conversations, outputs and usage records so you can continue your work, manage projects, receive support and see credit usage. Authorized support or administrative staff may access relevant records when providing support or investigating errors, abuse or security issues.

Provider processing and retention depend on the model, route and applicable provider terms. This policy does not promise that every provider has zero retention or the same rules for model improvement. Contact us before submitting information that requires specific contractual handling.

Use the connection controls for credentials wherever available, and submit only information you are entitled to share. Masking a password on screen does not mean every secret in arbitrary text or files is automatically identified or removed from AI context.

5. Services and servers you connect

When you connect a server, repository, business service or other integration, we handle the connection details and data needed to perform the tasks you request. Saved connection credentials are encrypted in storage. Authorized operations may read or change information on the connected service, and their results may be included in the AI context.

Google integrations, when enabled separately, may request Gmail, Drive or Calendar permissions appropriate to the connection. They can retain encrypted access and refresh tokens to operate that connection. The permission screen identifies the access requested; Google sign-in alone does not grant it.

Information sent to a third-party service is also handled under that service’s terms and privacy policy. You can disable a connection in SeifWeb and revoke the provider’s permission. Disabling a connection does not automatically undo actions already performed or remove information held by that provider.

6. Why information is used

We use relevant information to authenticate users, provide and maintain projects and hosting, process requests and payments, measure usage, provide support, communicate about services, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. We also retain or disclose information where needed to meet applicable legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, this processing may be necessary to provide the service you request, meet a legal obligation, pursue legitimate operational and security interests, or act on your consent. When a feature relies on consent, you may withdraw it, although the related feature may then stop working.

7. Who receives information

Relevant information may be processed by:

  • Hosting, storage, infrastructure, email-delivery and security providers that support the platform.
  • AI and transcription providers involved in your requests, including routing services where used.
  • Payment providers that process your selected payment method, and domain-registration partners when you order a domain. We retain billing records and payment references needed to manage the transaction.
  • Third-party services you connect and people who can access content you choose to publish or share.
  • Authorities or other recipients where disclosure is required by applicable law or necessary to investigate abuse, defend legal claims or protect users and the service.

8. Cookies and browser storage

SeifWeb uses cookies and browser storage for login sessions, security, language and theme preferences, and continuity of visitor chat. Blocking or clearing them can sign you out, reset preferences or disconnect a browser from its chat history.

Your browser may also contact providers of fonts, interface assets or a payment or sign-in feature you open. Those providers can receive technical request information such as your IP address. You can manage cookies and storage through your browser settings.

9. Storage and retention

Account, project and conversation records are retained as needed to operate your services and support their history. Retention varies by record type; there is no single deletion period for every record. Billing, security and dispute records may need to be kept after a service ends to meet applicable obligations.

Expired trials and cancelled hosting can be suspended or removed under the terms shown for that service. Download the exports available under your plan before service removal. Deletion requests are reviewed for the information involved and any lawful retention requirement; backups and third-party copies may follow separate retention cycles.

10. Security and international processing

We use measures such as HTTPS, hashed account passwords, encrypted saved connection credentials and access controls. No online service or security measure can guarantee that information will never be lost or accessed without authorization.

SeifWeb’s operator is registered in the United Arab Emirates, and the platform uses external infrastructure and service providers. Information may be processed in other countries, depending on the hosting, AI model and integrations used. Contact us before using the service if you require a particular storage location or a data-processing agreement.

11. Your choices and privacy requests

You can update available account details, control connected services and request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on applicable law, you may also request restriction of processing, object to certain uses, withdraw consent or complain to a competent data-protection authority.

Include the account email and enough information to identify your request. We may need to verify that the account or information belongs to you. Do not send us your password. Some information may be retained when required by law or needed for unresolved transactions or disputes; we will explain any relevant limitation.

12. People using your websites and apps

If you build or operate a website or app with SeifWeb, you decide what information it collects from its users. You are responsible for the appropriate notices, permissions and lawful use of that information. We handle hosted project information to provide the services you use, and your chosen integrations may process it as well.

This platform policy does not replace the privacy policy for your own project. A visitor to a customer’s website or app should contact that project’s operator about its data practices.

SeifWeb is intended for people who can lawfully enter into the service agreement and is not directed at children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately.

13. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or data practices change. The current version and update date are published here. Where applicable law requires further notice or consent, we will provide it. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
